1.1. is aged 18 years or in the event that it is younger has the legal consent of its guardian to enter into this competition;

1.2.1. a director, member, partner, employee or agent of or consultant to the promoter; or
1.2.2. a spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of a person contemplated in paragraph 1.2.1.
- By entering this competition, the entrant shall be deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions as set out herein and any related promotional material. The competition is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and the Courts of the Republic of South Africa will have jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising in relation hereto.
- The promoter shall select the winners of the competition by no later than 30 November 2010 by means of random selection of valid entries and shall announce the winners by e-mail notification.
- The winner will be notified by the Promoter immediately after the determination of the winner by means of email notification. The promoter shall not be held responsible for incorrect contact details provided by the entrant. In the event that the Promoter is unable to contact the winners within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which the winner is announced, then the Promoter reserves the right to select a replacement entrant.
